As part of the Rochester School Modernization Program, John Walton Spencer School 16, a Pre-K through 6 program, was completed in 2018.

Abraham Lincoln School No. 22 was part of Phase 2C of the Rochester Schools Modernization Program (RSMP). Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. served as Construction Manager for this $20 million project which included multiple additions and extensive renovations to the school.

This $26 million historic, adaptive re-use project transformed the 90,000 sq. ft. C.W. Miller Livery Stable into the state-of-the-art Buffalo School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.

Work began in December 2017 on this $8.5 million capital improvement project for the Fredonia Central School District. The project scope of work included significant work at the High School, Middle School, Elementary School, and Wheelock Primary School.

Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. completed multiple phases of work on Edison Technical Campus, as part of Phase 2B of the Rochester Schools Modernization Program (RSMP).

In late 2019, Brocton Central School District selected BCC as their construction manager for the district’s 2020 capital project. The scope of the project included new elementary science labs, new shop classroom space, HVAC and air conditioning upgrades, exterior wall restoration and athletic field upgrades.

Approved in December 2018, the North Collins Central School District $8 million capital plan included work at the Elementary School, Junior/Senior High School, and the bus garage.

In April 2018, Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was hired as Construction Manager for another school as part of the Rochester Schools Modernization Program. Flower City School 30/54 is part of Phase 2D of this district-wide effort. This $23 million project included the demolition of existing modular classrooms and a two-story addition. Work was completed in September 2020.

This project consists of work at the high school/middle school, the elementary school, and at the athletic facilities.

This interesting project has a very diverse scope of work. Classroom renovations and mechanical/electrical/plumbing system upgrades highlight the interior work at the high school, middle school and elementary schools while athletic field work features new artificial turf at the baseball fields and upgrades to the softball diamond and tennis courts.

The Roy Hart CSD project includes high priority upgrades to the high school, middle school, elementary school, and the maintenance building.

This large school project is spread out over nine (9) facilities throughout the city of Niagara Falls, which include Abate Elementary, Cataract Elementary, Maple Elementary, G.J. Mann Elementary, 79th Street Elementary, Hyde Park Elementary, Gaskill Prep, LaSalle Prep, and Niagara Falls High School.

The Maryvale UFSD project includes significant work at the three (3) district facilities – the primary school, the middle/intermediate school and the high school.

This exciting project includes significant district improvements at eight (8) different facilities including, Clarence High School, Clarence Middle School, Clarence Center Elementary, Harris Hill Elementary, Ledgeview Elementary, Sheridan Hill Elementary, Buildings & Grounds Facility and Transportation Facility.
