Advanced Aircraft Industrial Manufacturing WNY

BCC is providing design-build services for a brand new 150,000 square foot Advanced Aircraft manufacturing facility project in Elma, NY. The new facility will provide expanded capacity and increased technology for the manufacturing of flight control equipment and systems to the world’s leading military platforms. BCC is providing management of the entire design and construction process, including site plan approval, SEQR process, cultural resources investigation, wetland coordination, survey, geotechnical investigations, and all other project approvals. The project includes approximately 20,000 square feet of office space with the core and shell for an additional second floor office build-out of office space in a subsequent phase.
