Statler Tower

Located in the heart of downtown Buffalo, The Statler stands as a historic gem undergoing a transformative restoration. Buffalo Construction Consultants (BCC) has been entrusted with managing the initial phases of this iconic project.

Scope of Work:

• Exterior Improvements: Roof replacement, façade restoration, and upgrades to the building’s lower exterior, including architectural stone replacements.
• Entrance Enhancements: Installation of a new revolving main door, creating a grand entrance into the historic Statler lobby.
• Basement Renovations: Abatement, demolition, and subgrade excavation to prepare for underground parking facilities.

Work commenced in the summer of 2020, reflecting a commitment to preserving the building’s historic character while enhancing its functionality for modern use.
