Statler Tower

The Statler is a historic gem located in the heart of downtown Buffalo. BCC is responsible for managing the initial stages of the project including roof replacement, historic façade restoration, and exterior improvements to the lower portion of the building. In the basement abatement and demolition, and subgrade excavation is required in order to accommodate underground parking facilities. The facade improvements feature architectural stone replacements, and new entrance enhancements including a new revolving main door entrance into the Statler lobby. Work began in the summer of 2020.
