Michigan Place

Located at 1145 Michigan Avenue in downtown Buffalo, Michigan Place is a multi-family residential building consisting of 35 one and two bedroom units offering comfortable, spacious living accommodations and mixed urban elements. The main objective of the project is to provide safe, clean, and modern housing for Buffalo’s residents and to enhance the overall aesthetic of the neighborhood while blending in with the neighborhood’s established streetscape.

Michigan Place offers residents artfully designed full kitchens, high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, a fitness center, and outdoor patio with a fireplace. This $9.5M project is expected to be completed by February 2023.
