One M&T Plaza

One M&T Plaza is an iconic building in the skyline of downtown Buffalo, NY. Built in the early 1970’s, the original marble skin on the lower floors of the building is in need of replacement. This project requires the ordering of materials from Vermont and Japan and the skilled coordination to safely replace the lower thirty (30) feet of marble while keeping M&T Bank operational throughout the entire construction process. M&T Bank is one of WNY’s largest employers and one of the top twenty (20) largest banks in the United States.
