The Arc of Erie County

n February 2019, Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. successfully completed a multi-phase renovation of the Arc of Erie County’s corporate offices. The Arc of Erie County is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families in achieving their desired quality of life through comprehensive services.

Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was selected to lead the updates and renovations across the Arc’s two headquarters:

• Williamsville, NY Facility: Enhanced with new day habilitation and programmatic spaces, alongside updated administrative offices and support service areas.
• Main Street, Buffalo, NY Facility: Upgrades included new physical and occupational therapy units and other programmatic improvements.

As construction manager, Buffalo Construction Consultants oversaw all activities, including the coordination of move management timelines, ensuring seamless transitions throughout this complex project.
