After a successful partnership on several Greater Buffalo housing projects, Buffalo Construction Consultants (BCC) was selected as construction manager for Douglas Development Corporation’s downtown Syracuse project: The Treasury apartment complex and its on-site event space, Palladian Hall.

Located at 101 South Salina Street, The Treasury combines historic charm with modern luxury, offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include:

Palladian Hall

Once the Onondaga County Savings Bank, Palladian Hall has been revitalized into a sophisticated event space, blending historical significance with modern functionality.

Completed in late spring 2022, the project utilized historic tax credits to preserve its architectural legacy while creating vibrant residential and event spaces for the Syracuse community.
