Situated at 101 South Salina Street in Syracuse, NY, The Treasury and the on-site Palladian Hall event space are both owned and operated by Douglas Development Corporation. BCC served as the project’s construction manager.

Serving as a part of The Treasury, Palladian Hall has a foundation rich with history – having once been utilized as the Onondaga County Savings Bank, which is included on the National Register of Historical Places. The beautiful event space will pay homage to its roots.
