North Tonawanda City School District

In 2024, Buffalo Construction was proud to partner with the North Tonawanda City School District and their design team to successfully pass a $40 million capital project referendum in May.

The project scope spans all seven district buildings, with a primary focus on building envelope improvements such as masonry restoration, window replacements, and roof upgrades. At the elementary schools, enhancements will include theatrical infrastructure and significant MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) system upgrades.

Renovations at the Middle and High Schools will feature a new secure entry vestibule, redesigned main office areas, and comprehensive upgrades to approximately 25,000 square feet of classroom space. Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2025, with project completion anticipated in the fall of 2028.
