Lewiston-Porter Central School District

2024 Capital Improvement Project. The 2024 Project includes turf replacement and subgrade restoration at the District’s primary football stadium, Blakslee, along with reconstruction of the loading dock. This phase is scheduled for completion in summer 2025.

In fall 2025, work will begin at Elia Field to convert the existing natural grass surface to synthetic turf. This phase will also include upgrades to the stadium entry and further enhancements to the loading dock.

At the Middle School, new solar arrays will be installed, building on the District’s solar energy initiatives launched in the 2020 Capital Improvement Plan. All work under this project is expected to be completed by summer 2026.

2020 Capital Improvement Project. This vital project delivered comprehensive upgrades to the District’s HVAC systems, significantly improving comfort, efficiency, and reliability across multiple buildings. At the Intermediate Education Center (elementary school) and the Middle School, brand-new heating and cooling systems were installed. At the High School, the gymnasium and locker rooms received new air conditioning systems.

District-wide HVAC upgrades included the installation of new boilers, air handling units, chillers, unit ventilators, and rooftop units.
