Williamsville Central School District

Williamsville, NY
Completion Date: In Progress

An emergency structural repair project was executed to address critical stability issues within the building. The scope of work included hydraulically jacking the structure to restore its original floor elevation and repairing approximately 230 structural steel columns. Depending on the extent of deterioration, repairs ranged from full column replacements to welding additional support steel onto existing columns. To enhance durability and protect against corrosion and moisture, select columns were encased in concrete.

The project also involved restoration and architectural repairs on the first floor, which had been impacted by the failed structural columns in the basement. Through close collaboration, the BCC team and the architect developed an efficient repair plan that restored the building’s structural integrity and ensured long-term stability.

We were proud to work with the Williamsville Central School District to complete this project on time and within budget.
