SUNY Geneseo: Milne Library Renovation

The State University Construction Fund hired Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. to manage the renovation of Milne Library. The project has a construction budget of $26,500,000 and will begin in 2021. The project will qualify for a minimum USGBC LEED silver rating and will comply with the Fund’s Directive IB-2 Net Zero Carbon initiative.
