Niagara Falls City School District
-2021 ABOFA Project: Work on the district-wide improvement project began in 2023, impacting a total of 13 buildings across the district. With renovations taking place in multiple facilities, the project aimed to enhance comfort, efficiency, and functionality for students and staff. Upon completion, every building in the district will be equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a more comfortable learning environment for all.
-2017 Capital Improvement Project: This large school project is spread out over nine (9) facilities throughout the city of Niagara Falls, which include Abate Elementary, Cataract Elementary, Maple Elementary, G.J. Mann Elementary, 79th Street Elementary, Hyde Park Elementary, Gaskill Prep, LaSalle Prep, and Niagara Falls High School. Major portions of work include a full kitchen replacement at 79th Street Elementary and building-wide air conditioning at Maple, Mann, 79th, and Hyde Park Elementary Schools. Scope of work at Niagara Falls High School includes extensive site work on the parking lots, sidewalks, and lighting as well as a roof replacement.
