Fredonia Placemaking – Barker Commons Restoration

This project capitalizes on Fredonia’s Smart Growth Grant by re-imaging the streetscape surrounding Barker Common, the spaces adjacent to Village Hall, the Opera House, and the Library, as well as businesses on Main Street and Park Place. The design creates a more walkable and pedestrian-friendly experience for residents and visitors alike and hearkens to some of Fredonia’s oldest and most prominent historical elements while providing a thriving 21st Century experience.
