Verizon

Located at 65 Franklin Street in downtown Buffalo, NY, the 17-story Verizon Building was built in 1914. This complex, phased project includes brick, stone, and terra cotta repairs and restorations, as well as replacement of all windows. The Boiler Replacement Project consists of replacing three (3) one hundred- and ten-year-old boilers with two (2) new high efficiency boilers. The Pipe Replacement Project consists of replacing all domestic, storm, and sanitary plumbing lines throughout the facility.
