The Niagara Arts and Cultural Center

This project aims to restore the Grand Theatre at the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center (NACC), along with supporting facilities such as bathrooms, HVAC systems, sprinklers, and the first-floor entrance. This initiative, born from years of observational studies and stakeholder discussions, is poised to elevate the theatre into a state-of-the-art performing arts center. As a pivotal part of NACC’s future, the restored theatre will enhance the cultural landscape of Niagara Falls, offering a compelling arts and entertainment venue for tourists visiting the renowned natural wonder.
