Seneca Nation Cattaraugus Health Clinic

In early 2023, Buffalo Construction Consultants was selected by the Seneca Nation of Indians to provide construction management services for the construction of a new health clinic in Irving, NY. This new facility is a 45,000 square foot one-story building that will house comprehensive ambulatory health care for the families of the Seneca Nation.

A two-story lobby and clerestory with a translucent, insulated skylight will welcome families into the new facility. Behind the two-story lobby, a second floor mechanical penthouse and storage area will house all of the front end mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.

The structure is designed to support an added second floor for future expansion. Aesthetics that are designed into the building include imaging, which honors the Seneca Nation reverence for the natural world.
