Silver Creek Central School District

BCC was awarded the Construction Management Services contract for Silver Creek CSD in June 2024. Over the following months, we worked closely with the District and their design team to finalize plans and successfully secure approval for the largest Capital Improvement Project in the District’s history in December 2024.

This ambitious project will focus on key upgrades across the District, addressing critical facility needs. Planned improvements include:

• Classroom renovations to meet modern learning standards
• A complete high school auditorium renovation
• Gymnasium upgrades at the primary, middle, and high school levels
• Pool enhancements to improve functionality and accessibility
• Security and IT upgrades for a safer, more connected campus
• Toilet room reconstructions throughout the District
• HVAC and electrical upgrades for greater efficiency and reliability

One of the most exciting aspects of the project is the transformation of the District’s existing grass field into a state-of-the-art, multi-use “superfield” for baseball, softball, and soccer. This facility will include new seating, dugouts, scoreboards, and a walking path for student use during school hours.

Construction is set to begin in Spring 2026, with completion expected by Fall 2027. It’s an exciting time to be a Black Knight!
