Progress at the Buffalo Central Terminal continues with Phase II of capital improvements, bringing significant enhancements to the historic site. This phase includes the installation of new water service, reconstruction and reinforcement of the parking plaza, and extensive masonry restoration. Additionally, roof replacements, interior structural steel and slab repairs, and the installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are underway. A key highlight of this phase is the restoration of the Western Concourse, which will feature new bathrooms and a catering space, further revitalizing the terminal for future use.
