Seneca One

Seneca One is the tallest building in Buffalo, NY. The 38-story structure is located at the foot of Main Street and owned by Douglas Development Corporation. This project is a redevelopment of the mixed-use tower with a focus on high technology tenants creating a world-class technology hub in the city of Buffalo. Along with the core and shell work for the entire tower, the project includes a revitalized plaza, a pedestrian bridge, and several additions that feature bar and hospitality type spaces.
