Lyndonville Central School District
The project brings a range of significant upgrades to the district, enhancing both athletic facilities and school buildings. A new synthetic track will surround a natural grass regulation soccer field, with improved drainage to keep the site in top condition. This upgrade allows the school to host home track meets for the first time in over a decade while also providing a valuable recreational space for the community.
Both school building entrances will be renovated to enhance security and safety, ensuring a more secure environment for students and staff. One of the most notable changes includes the demolition of the aging “metal building”, which has outlived its usefulness and is no longer cost-effective to renovate. In its place, four modern classrooms will be constructed on the same footprint, providing updated learning spaces for students.
Additional improvements include the replacement of aging roof sections that were not part of previous emergency repairs, as well as upgrades to the heating and cooling (HVAC) systems, ensuring greater efficiency and comfort throughout the buildings.
