An emergency structural repair project was undertaken to address critical issues with the building’s stability. The work involved hydraulically jacking the structure to restore it to its original floor elevation and repairing approximately 170 structural steel columns.

Village of Kenmore Police Department
This project involves constructing a new police station by demolishing the existing 70-year-old building and replacing it with a modern facility designed to meet 21st-century needs.
SUNY Geneseo: Sturges and Fraser Hall Renovations
The project consisted of the full renovation of Sturges Hall which was constructed in 1938 and consists of 43,000 SF and 3 stories plus a garden/basement level with lower grade exit access. The project provided renovated spaces for the following programs: Registrar offices and support, Study and Tutoring Center, Communications, History, Political Science academic departments, Access Opportunity Program, Community Prevention Coordination, Culture Commons, Health & Counseling, Title IX / Diversity, Open Study and flex space areas.
Lyndonville Central School District
The project brings a range of significant upgrades to the district, enhancing both athletic facilities and school buildings.
Advanced Aircraft Industrial Manufacturing WNY
BCC is providing design-build services for a brand new 150,000 square foot Advanced Aircraft manufacturing facility project in Elma, NY.
Canalside Gateway Building
The Canalside Gateway Building, with an approximate 3,000 square perimeter footprint, will be a four-story structure that includes a level along the canal towpath in downtown Buffalo, NY.
East Aurora Union Free School District
In 2017, Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was hired to manage East Aurora Union Free School District’s capital improvements project. The project scope encompassed work at Parkdale Elementary, East Aurora Middle School and High School and District Offices. HVAC upgrades at Parkdale Elementary school allows for the building to be utilized by the community more frequently, especially in the summer months.
Attica Central School District
This project includes a very diverse scope of work spread out over both campuses of the district. At the high school and middle school, there are roof replacements, a wing gut renovation to accommodate the new district offices, cafeteria renovations, HVAC and electrical upgrades and a new addition for the agriculture program.
Lewiston-Porter Central School District
This important project provides significant replacements of existing HVAC systems and equipment throughout the school district.
Cheektowaga Central School District
