Located at 293 Grote Street in Buffalo, NY, the Vintage Flats include 33 one and two-bedroom loft style apartments featuring an urban industrial design and gorgeous salvaged details.

John Walton Spencer School No. 16
As part of the Rochester School Modernization Program, John Walton Spencer School 16, a Pre-K through 6 program, was completed in 2018.
Abraham Lincoln School No. 22
Abraham Lincoln School No. 22 was part of Phase 2C of the Rochester Schools Modernization Program (RSMP). Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. served as Construction Manager for this $20 million project which included multiple additions and extensive renovations to the school.
East Aurora Union Free School District
In 2017, Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was hired to manage East Aurora Union Free School District’s capital improvements project. The project scope encompassed work at Parkdale Elementary, East Aurora Middle School and High School and District Offices. HVAC upgrades at Parkdale Elementary school allows for the building to be utilized by the community more frequently, especially in the summer months.
Emerson School of Hospitality
This $26 million historic, adaptive re-use project transformed the 90,000 sq. ft. C.W. Miller Livery Stable into the state-of-the-art Buffalo School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.
Fredonia Central School District
Work began in December 2017 on this $8.5 million capital improvement project for the Fredonia Central School District. The project scope of work included significant work at the High School, Middle School, Elementary School, and Wheelock Primary School.
Edison Educational Campus
Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. completed multiple phases of work on Edison Technical Campus, as part of Phase 2B of the Rochester Schools Modernization Program (RSMP).
