24 MW Data Center Build-Out

Buffalo Construction Consultants was selected as the Construction Manager on this expansive Data Center Build-Out project located in Buffalo, New York. The approximate area of this complicated, high-tech Data Center is a 50,000 sq. ft. footprint within the south end of the current manufacturing facility. The scope of work for this highly complex project includes the construction of four data halls to house artificial intelligence (AI), as well as the installation of processed cold water to cool the AI super computers. This project also requires the installation of high-voltage power to service all new super computers and the emergency power for the four new data halls. The Data Center Build-Out is scheduled for completion in summer 2024.
