2024 Capital Improvement Project – Approved in December 2024, the $20.6 million Capital Improvement Project focuses on enhancing safety, functionality, and accessibility across the district. Planned improvements include building envelope repairs, upgraded PA and phone systems, modernized technology, and energy-efficient lighting throughout all facilities.
To improve traffic flow and student safety during arrival and dismissal, the High School and Middle School parking lots will be reconfigured for safer, more efficient circulation.
At Harris Hill Elementary, the existing playground will be replaced with a new, inclusive play space designed to support physical activity and social interaction for all students.
Construction is set to begin in Spring 2026, with completion expected by Fall 2027.
2019 Capital Improvement Project – The Clarence Central School District completed a $28 million capital project that delivered major upgrades to eight facilities, including all schools, the Buildings & Grounds Facility, and the Transportation Facility.
Key improvements included a new Family Support Center, enhanced auditoriums and music rooms, renovated locker rooms, and HVAC replacements and repairs—creating healthier, more efficient, and engaging learning environments districtwide.
