East Bloomfield Central School District

Bloomfield, NY
Completion Date: 2022

The East Bloomfield Central School District, nestled in Ontario County near the picturesque Finger Lakes, recently completed a district-wide improvement project, enhancing its educational and athletic facilities. Across the high school, middle school, and elementary school, as well as key sports areas, significant upgrades were made to create a more modern and functional environment for students and staff.

Among the improvements, outdated drinking fountains were replaced, and new loading dock lifts were installed throughout the campuses to improve efficiency. The middle and high schools saw the replacement of kitchen equipment, while their cafeterias and lobbies underwent renovations to provide a more welcoming and updated atmosphere.

Athletic facilities also received substantial enhancements, including an expanded tennis court facility at the middle and high schools, complete with a new storage and toilet building. Meanwhile, at the elementary school, two playgrounds were renovated to create safer and more engaging spaces for young students.

A highlight of the project was the construction of a brand-new hydroponics lab at the middle and high schools, offering students an innovative, hands-on learning environment. These comprehensive upgrades reflect the district’s commitment to providing high-quality educational and recreational facilities for its community.
