43North hosts an annual business startup competition designed to attract and retain high-growth companies in Buffalo, NY. The 43North project features a full buildout of Seneca One’s 24th floor with open offices and flexible spaces. These temporary accommodations provide young companies with the traction they need before spreading their wings elsewhere in the Western New York community. Creative architectural touches include colored geometric ceilings and lighting.
