Clarence Central School District - Clarence, NY

Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. has been hired as the construction manager for Clarence Central School District’s 2019 capital project. This $27.7 million project will include significant upgrades at eight (8) different district facilities, including: Clarence High School, Clarence Middle School, Clarence Center Elementary, Harris Hill Elementary, Ledgeview Elementary, Sheridan Hill Elementary, Buildings & Grounds Facility and Transportation Facility. 


Project highlights include a new Family Support Center, Auditorium and Music Room upgrades, Locker Room upgrades and significant HVAC replacements and repairs. The project is scheduled to begin in Spring 2021 with an anticipated completion in Fall 2022.

Maryvale Union Free School District - Cheektowaga, NY

In October 2018, Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was selected to provide construction management services for Maryvale Union Free School District’s latest capital project. 


The $24 million project includes significant work at three district facilities, the primary school, middle/intermediate school and high school. The scope of the project includes roof work, significant MEP upgrades, building envelope repairs, site improvements, athletic complex upgrades and other facility upgrades. Project completion is scheduled for December 2020.

Depew Union Free School District - Depew, NY

The Depew Union Free School District Capital Improvements Project includes significant work at four (4) of their district facilities: Depew High School, Depew Middle School, Cayuga Heights Elementary and their bus garage.


This project also includes the development of a new athletic turf complex adjacent to Cayuga Heights Elementary. There will be extensive work at the high school including HVAC improvements, upgraded site sanitary piping, new house theater lighting in the auditorium, accessibility upgrades, exterior and interior improvements and a new digital monument sign. Major portions of work at the middle school include technology upgrades, HVAC improvements, secure entry renovations and exterior and foundation repairs. 


At Cayuga Heights Elementary, work includes HVAC improvements, exterior wall repairs, a full renovation of the nurse suite and a new PA system. The roofs at all three schools will also be replaced. The bus garage will receive gas piping replacements, ventilation improvements and new doors. Remaining work continues through January 2020.

Edison Educational Campus - Rochester, NY

Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. is continuing work on Edison Technical Campus, as part of Phase 2B of the Rochester Schools Modernization Program (RSMP). Currently, early bid packages that are being completed include site work and roofing. In the spring of 2018 our team began structural repairs within the building and reprogramming approximately 50,000 SF of classroom space. This project is scheduled for completion in August 2020.

Niagara Falls City School District - Niagara Falls, NY

In this capital reconstruction project, Niagara Falls will be doing significant work at nine (9) of the district facilities: Abate Elementary, Cataract Elementary, Maple Elementary, Mann Elementary, 79th Street Elementary, Hyde Park Elementary, Gaskill Prep, LaSalle Prep and Niagara Falls High School.  


At the HS, there will be extensive site work including parking lots, sidewalks and site lighting. The HS roof will also be replaced. Miscellaneous work at the other district facilities will include masonry restoration, new roofs, windows, flooring, ceilings, door and hardware replacements, CAT 6/6A wiring in classrooms and selective toilet room upgrades. Also, major portions of the work include a full kitchen replacement at 79th Street Elementary, as well as full building-wide air conditioning to be installed at Maple, Mann, 79th Street, and Hyde Park Elementary Schools. 


Phase I construction is scheduled to be completed in December 2020 and Phase II in December 2021. Niagara Falls is a repeat client for the BCC team, having completed successful projects in 2012 and 2015.

Fredonia Central School District - Fredonia, NY

In December of 2017, Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was hired by Fredonia Central School District for the role of Construction Manager on this $8.5 million capital improvement project. 


The project scope of work includes significant work at the High School, Middle School, Elementary School, and Wheelock Primary School. Site work on the main Fredonia CSD campus includes parking lots, sidewalks, additional site lighting at entrances, and security upgrades. 


Work on the main campus also includes locker rooms and toilet rooms, roof replacements, HVAC upgrades, updated plumbing and electrical systems as well as new windows, flooring, door and hardware replacements. Additional work will take place at Wheelock Primary School including a large roof replacement and masonry restoration work. Work is scheduled to be complete in February 2020.

Flower City School 30/54 - Rochester, NY

In April 2018, Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was hired as Construction Manager for another school as part of the Rochester Schools Modernization Program. Flower City School 30/54 is part of Phase 2D of this district-wide effort. This $23 million project includes the demolition of existing modular classrooms and a two-story addition. Work is scheduled to be complete in September 2020.

Attica Central School District - Attica, NY

In May 2018, Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was hired as Construction Manager for Attica Central School District’s capital improvement project. 


This project includes significant work at Attica’s high school, middle school, and elementary school. Scope includes roof replacements, HVAC and electrical upgrades, the relocation of their athletic stadium with updated concessions, press box, bleachers, filed house and storage areas. 


At the elementary school, scope includes roofing and flooring improvements, HVAC and electrical upgrades, and A/C throughout the entire building. Parking lot and entrance upgrades as well as additional site lighting are also included at each of these three district facilities. Work is estimated to be complete in October 2020.

Royalton-Hartland Central School District - Middleport, NY

In December 2018 Roy-Hart Central School District hired Buffalo Construction Consultants for the first phase of their upcoming capital project.  The district has engaged BCC to provide pre-referendum planning, pre-construction phase services and construction services on the estimated $12 million initial phase.  


The project includes upgrades to the elementary school, middle school, high school and bus garage.  Work is currently scheduled to begin in 2020, with completion slated for 2021.

North Collins Central School District - North Collins, NY

The North Collins School District Capital Plan was approved in December 2018. Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was hired as Construction Manager on this $8 million project. 


The scope of the project includes significant building condition survey work, including boiler upgrades, parking lot repairs, utility service upgrades and other programmatic upgrades.  Work is spread out between the elementary school, high school and bus garage.


At the elementary school, the scope includes HVAC and electrical upgrades, library and main office flooring replacement, classroom storage renovations, and A/C to the classrooms. 


The high school updates include auditorium upgrades to the sound system, theatrical lighting and rigging as well as replacing stage curtains. Additionally there will be a field house expansion, renovated locker rooms and athletic field upgrades. Parking lot and entrance upgrades are also included at both district facilities. Work is currently scheduled to begin in 2020 and complete in 2020.

Gowanda Central School District - Gowanda, NY

In summer 2019 Gowanda Central School District selected Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. for their district-wide capital project. The scope of this $26 million project includes updgrades at the Gowanda High School/Middle School, Elementary School and athletic facilities.


In addition to extensive MEP and classroom upgrades, the project features a new turf baseball field, upgrades to the tennis courts and softball diamond and an on-campus bridge that leads to district support facilities. The project will occur in three phases beginning in 2020 and finishing in 2022.

Brocton Central School District

The Brocton Central School District 's Capital Building Project was approved in October 2018. Buffalo Construction Consultant's Inc. was hired as Construction Manager of this $6 million project. 


The scope of the project includes new elementary science labs, new shop classroom space, HVAC and air conditioning upgrades, exterior wall restoration and athletic field upgrades. The projected is scheduled to begin in spring 2020 and be completed by fall 2020.

East Bloomfield Central School District

In late 2019 East Bloomfield Central School District selected BCC as their construction manager for the district’s upcoming capital project. The scope of the project includes upgrades at the HS/MS, Elementary School and athletic facilities. 


In addition to extensive MEP and classroom upgrades, the project features a new aquaponics classroom and extensive site work. Work will begin in September 2020 and is scheduled to be completed in 2021. The construction value of the project is approximately $8 million.

Erie 1 BOCES

In addition to offering a wide range of career programs for adults, Erie 1 BOCES’ three state-of-the-art career and technical centers also offer more than 25 programs to high school students. School districts also partner with Erie 1 BOCES to provide alternative and special education programs.


Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. was hired in May 2019 to provide renovations and upgrades to all three career and technical centers. Upgrades include extensive MEP repairs, roof replacements and secured entrances amongst a number of other facility improvements. Work will be completed in three phases beginning in 2021.
